The Goal
Personal Touch Career Services (PTCS) aimed to improve its digital presence by creating a streamlined and consistent brand across social media platforms and marketing materials. As a company with over 20 years of experience helping job seekers across the U.S., PTCS needed a strategy that not only reflected its professionalism but also provided valuable, engaging content to its diverse audience. With no established social media strategy or consistent branding in place, the goal was to develop a modern, effective approach that aligned with their mission of empowering job seekers.
Our Approach
We began with a comprehensive social media audit, which included competitor analysis, hashtag research, content pillar development, and identifying the best platforms for PTCS to focus on. With no prior structure in place, we streamlined their social media efforts into a cohesive, branded strategy designed to increase engagement and grow their follower base. We also updated social media profiles to reflect a consistent visual identity, ensuring brand recognition across all platforms.
To support content creation, we designed branded graphic elements that could be used throughout their posts, making it easy to maintain a professional and recognizable presence. Beyond social media, our work extended to a range of print and digital materials, including handbooks, flyers, and stationery, to ensure the PTCS brand was visually cohesive across every touchpoint.
