After you have selected your plan on our website and checked out, you will schedule your consultation call. During this call, we will discuss your brand, business, and target audience. From there, we have dedicated social media specialists who will dive deeper into your company, industry, competitor analysis, and the content you have provided us. Your feedback during the approval process will help us ensure the content we provide aligns with your brand’s mission.
You do not need to provide content. However, we are happy to share and utilize any content you do share with us.
If you have specific promotions, content, or events you’d like to share, all you need to do is keep us informed! Contact your Social Media Specialist or anyone on our team with the details and we will be sure to post it as soon as possible!
No, you do not. Our job is to ensure that content is being published to your social media pages consistently. All content is sent to you for approval. You will have 5 or more business days to approve or reply with edits. If we do not hear from you during this time, we will assume the content is good and post to your pages. If you’d like to approve all posts before publishing, we set this up upon request.
No, you do not have to sign a contract. Everything is month-to-month.
Feel free! After all, they are your channels! Most plans include access to our social media posting software so you can schedule any additional content. We do recommend sticking to our social guidelines and voice to ensure consistency.
Once you have paid, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your 1-hour consultation call. As soon as you have completed your consultation call, content creation will begin immediately. You will then have your first approval of content within 7-10 business days.
Your accounts will be assigned to a dedicated social media specialist. All of our specialists have years of marketing and social media experience and will be responsible for content research and development on behalf of your business! You will have direct communication with them during business hours. During times of creative drought, our whole team gets together and brainstorms fresh ideas!
Our content is written in English only, but we do provide a Spanish translation for an extra cost.
You can expect to start receiving content approximately 2 weeks after launching your project with us. The first week is dedicated to research and planning. In week two, our writing team begins crafting your content. After the second week, you will receive a new blog post each week.
Yes. If we feel the keywords are strong enough to generate results, we will use them. We will also cross reference them with services like Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner, and other keyword optimization software.
During the activation process, you will submit your phone number and contact information to us. Once the order is complete, a Mondo team member will reach out to you, to schedule the kickoff call. This is usually completed within 3-5 days after your order. The kickoff call typically includes you, Mondo, and anyone you want on the call. The call usually takes 45 minutes – 1.5 hours. During that call, we will gather the information we need to be successful, and also discuss timelines and delivery.
Each blog post you receive will also include a blog summary video, perfect for social media.
Each Mondo piece is backed by unlimited edit requests. Edits can be requested via phone, email, or simply by commenting in the Google Doc.

We do. Whether you get an unexpected influx in traffic or you need more storage as you’re adding more content, we want to support the growth of your site! So instead of throttling or shutting off sites, we charge simple overages based on the traffic you received and the storage you’re using. When your number of visits exceeds your plan limit, we charge a small overage for every 1,000 visitors over your limit. The overage cost is $1 per 1,000 extra monthly visitors. For instance, if you are on a Starter plan and receive 30,000 monthly visits, you’d receive an overage fee of $5. When your storage exceeds your limit, we charge an additional $1 for every GB you are over your limit. For instance, if you are on a Premium plan and are using 60GB of storage, you’d receive an overage fee of $10.

Mondo determines which plan you require based on the amount of traffic to your site. Specifically, the number of “visits” to your site in a given month. We define a visit as a unique IP address in 24-hour period. Before we count them all up, we do our best to remove IP addresses from known bots, spammers, and attackers.
Yes, all our website plans come with some training. We will walk you through the backend and answer any questions you have during that time. If you ever feel you need or want more training, we are available for consultation at an hourly rate. We also record all training sessions so you can refer back to it anytime you need.
There are a lot of upfront costs to get a website started. This deposit ensures both your party and ours are committed to making a great website!
If you find yourself having difficulty writing your own content or running out of time to do it yourself, we’re happy to put you in touch with our content strategist or copywriter. They can help you with your entire site or just a few pages.
Yes, you will have an account manager that you can always reach out to. While you may be working with some of our designers, content directors, marketing strategists, developers, and maybe even more, your account manager will always be there to be your main point of contact.
Yes, once your site is live you will need a hosting plans. Hosting plans keep your site secure, live, and functioning. All websites require a hosting plan and this can be a monthly or yearly cost. You can see our hosting plans here. Another recurring cost you will have is your domain. This is an annual fee to registar your domain name and keep it. The only other recurring costs that may come up are monthly or one-time maintenance items to keep your site up to date with the correct information for your business.

Of course! Each design subscription provides a maximum number of brands you can assign to us, and no brand is off-limits.
Currently, we do not offer a trial period. However, we are happy to work with you on the first project at an hourly rate to ensure our designs are a good fit for you.
We run our business contract-free to provide clients the flexibility to cancel at any time. Once your card is charged for the next month you are subject to prorated returns. Chat with your designer or call us for further details.
Revisions will take 1-5 business days. We will notify you if we estimate a different turnaround time.
Absolutely! Unlimited design revisions come with any of our design subscriptions. We will complete designs requests based on your package request rate.
